**Ihre Aufgabe**:

- Develop and maintain a technology vision and strategy for the portfolio unit.
- Share and talk about the technology vision, portfolio, and strategy of the PU in front of customers and partners. Act as a competent partner to clients and partner C-level stakeholder for technology discussions at eye-level.
- Guide PU internal and external stakeholders regarding technology vision, innovations, and strategy
- Working with HW- and SW partners to achieve leading edge products and innovations
- Help anchoring sustainability as part of the technology strategy and product development
- Continuously watch the market and competitive situation, understand customer challenges and technology trends to derive the necessary future steps to develop a future-proof offering portfolio - always thinking one step ahead
- Manage Portfolio Unit (PU) collaboration, drive cross-cloud thinking and cross-cloud service development, both on a global scale as well as cross units within CPS.
- Propose, initiate, and prioritize projects within architecture and engineering communities.
- Assist in determining the best solution, drive client validation, beta and pilot evaluations to validate value and measure success
- Build, feed and manage communities
- Be part of partner communities and advisory boards
- Represent the PU at external events, publish articles, and participate in customer advisory boards, and communities to the benefit of CPS

**Ihr Profil**:

- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience minimum 8 years
- Effective management and leadership skills in highly cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user experience (UX) and business/commercial issues
- Strong network within Cloud Services, T-Systems and market
- German oral and written communication skills level B2 or higher would be beneficial
- Strong ability to pitch to C-Level client representatives
- Capability to listen, understand and then translate both into technology and business value
- Focuses on delivering value vs. delivering features
- Broad understanding of both emerging and established technology platforms
- Broad knowledge of cloud technologies including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
- Profound knowledge in data centre infrastructure, virtualization platforms, private-, public-, hybrid
- and edge cloud models.
- A thorough understanding of the CPS and Cloud Services Portfolio
- Distinct expertise in the design of managed services architectures in multi
- and hybrid cloud environments
- Good knowledge of Public Cloud offerings from AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
- Excellent communication skills within all levels of the business
- Experienced in program level leadership and decision making
- Can Do Attitude
- Experience in agile and lean development methods
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
