As HR Director at SMAL you will be responsible for the overall personnel and internal hot topics which shape the future of our company. At SMAL, we are always looking for new talents from all around the world, since we know: great work comes from great talent. From the start to the finishing line - you’ll be responsible for all HR department duties, which means you are always working closely with our team members as well as our management.

- A team player excited to take care of our Smalies through leading the HR force across our 3 offices and remote locations?

- Already familiar with working in an international (creative) agency environment with people from all over the world?

- Fundamental knowledge of HR practices and international labor regulations with at least 3-4 years of experience (previous work in team leading position preferred)
- Creative problem-solving skills paired with a strong organizational and strategic mindset
- A motivated, proactive and flexible way of thinking & working with a hands-on mentality
- A powerful personality with an open heart and mind for others
- Strong communication skills in English & German paired with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
