Du liebst es, dich kreativ zu verwirklichen und hast einen Blick für ästhetisches Design?

**Die Position ist nur in Festanstellung zu besetzen.**
- Du betreust das Projektmanagement innerhalb unserer Grafikabteilung und sorgst intern für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Du konzipierst und realisierst kreativ stimmige Layouts für unseren Markenauftritt
- Du führst und kontrollierst verschiedene Gestaltungsprozesse und erarbeitest überzeugende Designideen und Gestaltungskonzepte
- Du kümmerst dich um unterschiedlichste Aufgabenbereiche - von Social Media Content, der Erstellung unserer Newsletters und unserer Printmedien
- Du bist Teil des Kreativ-Teams und arbeitest eng mit unserem Marketing-Team zusammen
- Du sicherst die Qualität externer Produktionsprozesse von der Programmierung bis zum Druck

**Das bringst du idealerweise mit**:

- Du hast erfolgreich ein Studium im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign absolviert oder kannst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation vorweisen
- Du besitzt erste praktische Erfahrungen als Grafiker*in
- Dein aussagekräftiges Portfolio verkörpert dich und deine Art Design zu denken
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen Grafik-Programmen (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop und Illustrator)
- Du hast ein hervorragendes Auge für Design, Fonts & moderne, ästhetische Layouts
- Argumentationsstärke, Teamgeist und kreative Neugier zeichnen dich aus
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Markenentwicklungs
- und Markenführungsprojekten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
