If so, perhaps your next professional adventure is waiting for you here as part of Dr. Julian Hosp's team. **What you'll need**: - You have more than 2 years of experience in a similar role, either in-house or in an agency, and can show a portfolio. - You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, and at least at an advanced level. - You have experience in designing for paid ads and know what it takes to generate "feed breakers" - You have a creative and passionate heart and are constantly coming up with new ideas. - You understand how to package complex instructions into simple and engaging graphics. - You have strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch, and Figma. Knowledge of motion graphic design, photography, typography or web layout is a plus. - You see through the eyes of our target audience and convince with creative and innovative designs. - You understand our brand, vision and values and communicate them using graphics and storytelling. - You plan content and posts for our social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube. - Your communication skills are excellent, not only in terms of developing solutions, but also in terms of building relationships with everyone you work with, fostering trust in the process, and making sure everyone has a clear understanding of the task at hand. - Cryptocurrencies are no longer a mystery to you.
