**Aufgaben**:
In MBition, software integration is a crucial part of our complex software development process. Our largest project integrates software from hundreds of development teams and more than 1000 developers from around the world. We ensure daily our developers can seamlessly and efficiently integrate their work into the final product to get feedback on their features and fixes.

It is our mission to make our integration process as user(developer)-friendly as possible while ensuring product quality. We continuously improve this process by getting feedback on the developer journey and their interfaces, designing and incrementally updating an improvement plan, measuring the results, and implementing improvements.
- Implement automation tools using Python to collect data from various platforms such as GitLab, Jira, and Jenkins.Analyze the collected data to understand developer journey in the integration process.Track progresses of improvement plans and ensure alignment between different parties.Support KPI definition and continuous tracking of improvement in performance.Support communicating and promoting the improvement results to maximize the impact of our work within MBition and Mercedes-Benz. **Qualifikationen**:
We are looking for an ambitious working student to support and participate in each phase of our mission to improve the integration process - from research and brainstorming to experiment and implementation.
- Ongoing studies in Software Development, Computer Science, or a similar field.Prior knowledge in scripting, coding, and using software development and testing tools.You are committed to understanding users’ needs and proactively acquire support from mentors and colleagues where it makes sense.AWS or similar certificate for DevOps Engineer is a plus. Language- Fluent in English
- German is a plus
