**We are seeking for**:
We are looking for a passionate person who wants to make a difference by completing a PhD in Business Administration at the Kühne Logistics University under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Alexander Himme. This position is to be filled as soon as possible up to 4 years and with 75 % of the tariff salary TV-L E13.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Successful completion of your dissertation under professional supervision
- Involvement in high-quality research projects with the aim to publish them in international journals and to present them at international conferences
- Successful completion of the PhD program at KLU in combination with participation in other relevant international PhD seminars
- Conduct international research visits
- Support in accounting / finance / marketing research projects
- Support in teaching

**Your qualifications**:

- Completed or about to complete an above-average Master’s degree or equivalent (300 ECTS) from an accredited university with a good international reputation with the German grade 2.0 or better (grade equivalents are required for international applicants)
- Team-oriented, proactive and structured working-style
- Strong communication skills
- Very good command of written and spoken English (English language proficiency equivalent to at least IELTS 6.5.)
