Group Mylearning System Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work within Ardagh’s HR Technology and Operations Team. You will be exposed to a diverse project environment and work with seasoned L&D and HR professionals to support them in satisfying critical learning, training and development objectives across Ardagh.

This role requires working with both Group Functions and Operational Divisions of Metal and Glass with high upward visibility, reporting directly to the Group myLearning Manager.

This is a Global role with international travel therefore you could be located anywhere in Central Europe. This will be on a hybrid working contract, with a minimum of 2 days in a Ardagh location.

myLearning (SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module) is Ardagh’s solution for our global learning platform. Following years of careful planning and a hugely successful deployment, we are looking to enhance our solution and continue on our digital learning maturity.

Does the idea of supporting, training and troubleshooting this global initiative from a systems perspective excite you?

**Key responsibilities**:
Listen and understand evolving business needs
Lead on myLearning systems training and support, globally
Define and implement best practices for naming conventions, curation of items, programmes, curricular, scheduled offerings, catalogues etc.
Responsible for third partly learning content integration and history migrations
Collaborate and support the definition of system analytics
Developing reporting capabilities through BI.
Build and develop local myLearning system specialist networks.

**Requirements**:
Relevant technical qualification at degree level or equivalent qualified-by-experience
Proven experience in systems training and delivery
Proven track record and previous experience working with SuccessFactors Learning Module
You may have an SFX Accreditation or SuccessFactors Associate Certification
Understand all aspects of SuccessFactors learning module configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases
A self-starter, you thrive on working in a fast-paced global environment
A natural communicator with good interpersonal skills with a strong customer and service-orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes
Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
A good team player with sensitivity to cultural differences
Experience of working across multiple business departments, functions and geographies
Happy to embrace international travel & equally to work remotely as part of a virtual team.
Demonstrate a commitment to Ardagh’s core values policies and procedures
