We are expanding our European team and are looking for a **Recruitment Specialist** who is passionate about connecting top talent with opportunities that make a real impact on the world’s clean energy future.

**Your Responsibilities**

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in building our international workforce by identifying, engaging, and hiring top professionals across Europe and beyond.

**Your main tasks include**:

- Manage the **end-to-end recruitment process**, from job posting to final offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to **understand workforce needs** and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Actively **source and attract talent** via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Support **employer branding** initiatives and help strengthen the company’s presence in the renewable energy industry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date **recruitment reports and data** using ATS or HR systems.
- Collaborate with HR and business units in Europe and China to ensure smooth communication and hiring alignment.

**What You Bring**
- A **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in HR, Business, or a related field.
- **1-2 years of recruitment experience**, ideally in the renewable energy, technology, or engineering sectors.
- **Fluent in English and Chinese** - German is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you’re both people-focused and results-oriented.
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and digital sourcing strategies
- A positive mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently in an international setup.
