As the **Human Resource Intern**(M/F/d) you will have the opportunity to discover the "Christian Dior Couture Retail World" in our Head Office, based in **Munich**. In this position you would provide operational HR support to the Boutiques in the Central and Eastern Europe Region, aswell as, gain a deep insight of our Network. You would also, closely follow the employee cycles and track the HR retail activities within the fast paced retail world. **Job responsibilities**: - Responsible for the Interns and Working Students recruitment process in Central and Eastern Europe (screening, pre-selection, conducting interviews and writing offer letters) - Managing administrative tasks for e.g., creating contracts, preparing on-boarding documents and letter of references - Supporting the HR team in the active retail recruitment process - Updating and completing HR documents for our respective HRIS and assisting in our monthly payroll preparation list - Participating in various HR projects (e.g., event planning, researching, Employer Branding topics etc.) **Profile**: - At least 3 semesters in Business, Psychology, HR Management or a related field - Previous internship or working student experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus - Ability to work independently, take the lead on projects, and to act hands-on - Curiosity to learn, to dive deep into new topics, and have a strong team player mindset - Proficient at MS Office skills - Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus **Additional information**: The opportunity to join the LVMH Group (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy), the world leader in high-quality and luxury products.
