We are recruiting for an international company a German speaking Junior Digital Marketing Specialist for their **Lisbon office**.
**The role is based in Lisbon**
Role:
- Traineeship of six months in order to onboard as a full-time digital marketing optimisation specialist with a focus on the below activities:
- Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers
- Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
- Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level
- Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
- Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network
- Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies
- Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
**Profile**:
- Fluent in German & English, both oral and written
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support (BPO/Contact centre environment) or in Digital Marketing
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with large amount of data
- AdWords Search fundamentals certified - will be considered as an advantage
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
- Technologically savvy and strong interest in new digital marketing trends
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
- Strong desire to learn
- Able to perform independently and as a part of the team..
