42 Wolfsburg/Berlin is a recently launched, radically-inclusive higher education NGO educating up to 1,200 students to become cutting-edge techies and software engineers in a practice-based peer-learning environment. 42 Wolfsburg/Berlin is based on the internationally successful concept of school "42" which was founded 2013 in Paris and today trains over 18,000 students in 47 schools, all over the World. At 42 Wolfsburg/Berlin we set out to educate the next generation of European software engineers to build the digital infrastructure of our societies - this means meaningful work, excellent career opportunities and lots of responsibility. Tasks As Presidents' Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our presidents Ralph Linde and Andrea Morgan-Schönwetter. You will be in charge of our association’s administration and liaise with a range of stakeholders, including our CEO and teams. You will make sure legal requirements in the association are met and issues are attended to promptly. Our community is multicultural and international so our working language is English, however German skills on a native/equivalent level are required for this role. **Your responsibilities include**: - Look after our association’s records, meeting minutes and correspondence, - Organise and host the association’s regular and irregular meetings, - Administrative support for our presidents, - Help supervise the association’s legal interests. **Requirements**: Essential - Written and verbal communication in German and English on a native speaker or equivalent level, - Familiarity with the German “Vereinsrecht” or strong interest and willingness to delve into it, - Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, - Friendly, helpful, proactive and flexible personality, - Alignment with our values (inclusive and open-minded), - Right to live and work in Germany.
