**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Projektcontrolling/-monitoring von Bauprojekten in allen Leistungsphasen inkl. entsprechender Objektbegehungen
- Qualitäts-, Termin
- und Kostenüberwachung
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung zwischen Banken, Investoren, Behörden und Fachunternehmen
- Erstellung von technischen Due Diligence bei An
- und Verkaufsprüfungen von Bestandsobjekten oder Projektentwicklungen im Bereich Gesundheits
- und Sozialimmobilien
- Aufstellung von Instandhaltungsplanungen, Kostenplanungen und -optimierung
- Überwachung der Einhaltung der Qualität, Termine und Kosten laufender Bauprojekte
- Reisebereitschaft

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in den genannten Aufgaben in der Bau
- und Projektentwicklungsbranche
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektcontrolling/Projektsteuerung o.a.
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Engagement und Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
