**Product Specialist (m/w/d) Southern Europe***:

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Produktabwicklung
- Sicherstellung der permanenten Buchbarkeit aller Produkte
- Kommunikationsstelle zu internen Fachbereichen (z.B. Service Teams, Clearing, Content, Data Capture etc.)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Statistiken, Reports, Analysen für EK/LTR/Agenturen
- Unterstützung bei der Beantragung von Vorauszahlungen und Sicherstellung der Abrechnung
- Sicherstellung der Abrechnung auch für Frühbuchervorauszahlungen
- Billingmanagement: Prüfen und Anweisen von Admin-Fee Abrechnungen der DMCs, Sicherstellung der termingerechten WKZ/360°-Abrechnung, Klärung von Abrechnungsdifferenzen etc.
- Portfolio
- Unterstützung bei der Ausgestaltung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Portfoliostrategie
- Gegebenenfalls Übernahme von kleineren Zielgebieten oder Key Account Partnern
- Kommunikationsschnittstelle für Agenturen/Leistungsträger
- Unterstützung in der Pflege und Sicherstellung der Aktualität der Portfoliodatenbank
- Koordination und termingerechte Sicherstellung von Verträgen
- Datenerfassung in CPM/AtcomRes und Supplier Extranet unter Einhaltung aller Erfassungsvorgaben
- Mitwirkung bei der Beschaffung des NBC (Text und Bilder) und Übermittlung an Content unter Einhaltung aller Vorgaben

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tourismuskauffrau/-mann, ggf. Studium BWL Touristik
- erste Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement/in der Touristik
- Verständnis für touristische Zusammenhänge
- Zielgebiets
- und touristische Marktkenntnisse von Vorteil
- sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen, Phoenix Unlimited, JIRA, Kenntnisse in SAP-Fakt
- ATCOM-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- gute Kenntnisse in Englisch, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil (Zielgebietsabhängig)
- Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, Eigenständigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität
