Wir suchen eine/n talentierte/n Administrator/in für das Hologic EMEA Case Management Team mit einem befristeten Vertrag von 12 Monaten. Unser Case Management Team vernetzt und optimiert die Serviceprozesse, um mehr Effizienz, erstklassige Analysen und bei Bedarf auch operative Serviceaktivitäten zu gewährleisten und so die Kundenerwartungen zu erfüllen und zu übertreffen.

**Kernaufgaben**
- Case Management - Koordination der internen und externen Kommunikation nach Gerätetransaktionen, Reparaturrücksendungen und internen Reparaturaktivitäten
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Serviceabteilungen zur Lösung von Kundenproblemen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Teamleiter zur Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen/-beschwerden
- Erstellung und Pflege von Preisangeboten für Kunden, Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Suche nach passenden Produkten und Dienstleistungen
- Rechnungserstellung - Erstellung von Korrekturen von Rechnungen
- Unterstützung und Koordination von Besprechungen, Tools und Kommunikation zur Optimierung der Arbeitsumgebung

**Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung**
- Ausgezeichnete Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in ERP-Benutzerprogrammen
- Zeitmanagement, Organisationstalent und große Detailgenauigkeit
- Kundenservice-Kompetenzen - Problemlösungskompetenz
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse sind unerlässlich
- Kenntnisse in Serviceprozessen, Case Management und Kenntnisse der zugehörigen Vorschriften, z. B. ISO 9001, sind von großem Vorteil

**Service and Customer Support Administrator DACH - 12 month FTC**

We are looking for a talented Administrator to join Hologic EMEA Case Management team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Our Case Management Team connects and streamlines the Service processes to deliver greater efficiencies, superior analytics and, as required service front line Operations activities, to meet and exceed Customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Case Management - coordinate internal/external communications following equipment transaction, return for repair and Inhouse repair equipment activities
- Liaise with internal Service departments to resolve customer issues
- Work closely with the Team leader to solve customer inquiries/complaints
- Prepare and maintain pricing Quotes for Customers, ensure customer satisfaction and assist customers in finding products and services that meet their needs
- Invoice preparation - compile and create invoices
- Support and coordinate collaboration meetings, tools, and communications to optimize the work environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and basic knowledge of ERP user programs
- Time Management, organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Customer service skills - problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English and German is essential
- Knowledge of Service Operations Process, Case Management and understanding of associated Regulations I.e. ISO9001 would be highly advantageous
