Aufgaben
- Accompanying product development through all phases and initiating corrective measures of internal standards and processes.s.
- Management of the electronics development on system level of ASIL-D Steering related systems
- Accompanying product development through all phases and initiate corrective measures of internal standards and processes.
- Project management and the end customer itself, internal and external contact for mechanical integration, hardware development, software engineering, product assurance
- Change management & coordination of customer requirements and derivation of system specifications
- Review adjacent specifications (HW, SW, derived system test specifications) and consistency check
- Coordinate the preparation of the design and safety analyses, e.g. A-SPICE FMEA, FMEDA and FTA, taking into account the requirements of ISO26262 & Cybersecurity TS 16949
Qualifikation
- Several years of professional experience as a system engineer and architect in the automotive sector, with great team spirit and conflict management skills
- Educational background in electrical engineering, physics, mechatronics or similar.
- Several years of professional experience as a system engineer, and architect in the automotive sector
- Experience in requirements engineering with requirements management tools (Polarion)
- Ability to lead, motivate and moderate with a high level of interpersonal ability, well-founded team spirit with conflict management skills
- Knowledge and experience in project planning and management with focus on customer
- Fluency in German language
