Industrial Designer (d/f/m)

as

**Cabin Customization Designer (d/f/m)**:
**Your future tasks**:

- To plan and manage the CMF (Color, Material and Finish) design from conception to completion, from initial briefing, design development, CMF innovation and specification, tendering for all worldwide customers through industrial process
- to bring new ways of thinking, creative ideas, and way of working to strengthen the design studio approach
- to contribute to the evolving design culture and process in Design studios in Toulouse and Hamburg
- to track and identify key and emerging trends regarding CMF, Lighting Design, more global cabin concept Design and emerging processes / technologies
- to create and update trend presentations and product mood-boards
- to translate the customer vision into branding recommendation, as well with graphics design solution

**Your personal profile**:

- Designer, Graphic or Textile designer with at least Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification
- min. 3 years of experience in Industrial design
- Design experience in either CMF, Lighting, concept Design
- Knowledge of project management would be a plus
- Fluent in relevant software (Adobe CC, illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Knowledge of InDesign Key and CAD software e.g.
- proficient in English, is an advantage
- independent, structured and result-oriented work and good analytical skills
- high-tuned communication, presentation & influencing skills towards all management levels
- high level of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent
- willingness to travel (once or twice a month)
