Für unseren Kunden, ein IT-Dienstleister am Standort Ismaning/München, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, eine:n **PMO Operations & Delivery (m/w/d) **in Festanstellung.

**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**:

- Projektportfoliomanagement, Multiprojektmanagement und Projektmanagement Erfahrung auf Ebene des PMO
- Einführung der Projektmanagement-Methodik und Setzen von Standards und Richtlinien. Pflege, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der PM-Standards
- Coaching von Projektteams auf den Ebenen der Projektanforderung und im Aufsetzen der Projekte
- Punktuelle Projektunterstützung in Problem
- und Krisensituationen
- Unterstützung bei der Anlage von (Standard-) Projektplänen sowie beim Aufbau und der Etablierung eines Berichtswesens auf Einzelprojektebene (Projektfortschritt, Soll-Ist-Vergleich, Meilenstein-Trendanalyse)
- Methodische Unterstützung bei der Projektplanung, Projektcontrolling und Reporting
- Unterstützung/Durchführung von Projektmanagementschulungen sowie bei der Erstellung, Nachverfolgung und Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen auf Einzelprojektebene
- Hilfestellung beim Umgang mit den (P)PM-Tools ▪ Mitentwicklung und Etablierung des PMO-Marketings

**Ihre Expertise**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. spezielle Berufsausbildung im Bereich Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare, in der Praxis erworbene Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Coaching von Projektteams idealerweise im IT-Umfeld
- Hohes Maß an Selbstverantwortung und Eigeninitiative sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungskraft
- Erfahren im Risikomanagement und Projektcontrolling sowie ausgeprägtes, betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Sehr hohe IT-Affinität: Bereitschaft, sich in neue Software-Tools einzuarbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie Organisationstalent
- Aktives moderieren, dokumentieren und überwachen der Umsetzung/Planung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
