**_We want you to:_**:

- Ensure compliance in after sales processes and systems throughout the After Sales value chain
- Random checks of dealer/agent for proper implementation of contractual agreements and in case of violation initiate counter measures or/and audits
- Check compliance of customer survey processes and systems
- Constantly check whether applicable laws, guidelines and regulations are strictly followed (e.g.: Recycling, REACH, CE, DIN ISO etc.) and if needed initiate counter measures and awareness programs for all relevant departments
- Support the evaluation of critical, PR relevant quality and accident cases and be the central point of contact for the After Sales department
- Support Sales with After Sales related ECE - homologation issues
- Centralized point of contact for homologation and certification concerns within After Sales, main contact for KBA and external consultant partners
- Set up of a monthly critical case reporting

**_About you:_**:

- A University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
- Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in related position or specialization
- Knowledge of the regional laws, guidelines and regulations
- Fluent German and English
