You have

We are looking for a university PhD in Computational Biology or Bioinformatics who has a strong background and interest in computational data analysis and data management and a good understanding of molecular genetics and genomic sequencing data, specifically single cell RNA-seq and single cell ATAC-seq data. An educational background or practical knowledge in sequencing data analysis, statistics, advanced computer programming and/or algorithm engineering are an advantage. Background in immunology and hematology are a strong asset. Strong communication skills as well as the ability to interact with other scientists and to work in an international and interdisciplinary team are essential.
