Our Munich based client, who advises on different types of debt capital is actively seek a Associate Loan Asset Manager to assist their Senior Asset Manager in monitoring current investments from A to Z.

**Day - to - Day Responsibilities**
- Continuously updating of financing data into loan inventory systems
- Reviewing of project related data from external source reports
- Auditing of financing and project levels against loan documents and coordination with investments team
- Supporting of internal and external parties regarding questions and coordination
- Preparation of standard or ad hoc monitoring reports

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in Asset Management
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or real estate
- High attitude for numbers and data driven work
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native German and Fluent English speaking and writing
