Sales Assistant

We’re looking for new team members (M/F/d) to join our Sales division. In this role, you’ll help maintain relationships with potential clients, pre-qualify leads, and support them in reaching their business and career goals through tailored consulting.

**No prior sales experience or coming from a different background?**
Don’t worry If you’re new to sales or come from another field, that’s no problem. Our structured onboarding process will teach you everything you need to succeed in the role - no prior sales knowledge required.

**Your responsibilities**
- Support our strategy consultants in their daily operations
- Conduct preparatory and advisory calls with prospective clients
- Coordinate and manage appointments for our strategy consultants
- Occasionally attend trade shows, seminars, and similar events for new client acquisition

**Salary: €4,000 per month (gross)**

**Job Requirements**
- A completed apprenticeship or university degree is helpful but not required
- Ability to follow established processes
- Quick comprehension and a high level of discipline
- Strong communication skills and a keen sense for precision
- Comfortable working under performance pressure
- A calm, pleasant, and appealing speaking voice
- Clear and error-free written communication skills in German
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Prior knowledge in topics such as consulting, finance, or management is a plus but not mandatory
