Team Assistant

**Your role**

Our Offshore Development Department within RWE Renewables Offshore in Germany is looking for a Team Assistant (d/f/m) to provide assistance and support to the German Offshore wind team and activities.

**Your future plans**
- Support the Hamburg based part of the Business Development team as well as Projects and Permitting team in the administrative coordination tasks towards the German offshore wind development Team
- Maintain and administer electronic and physical document management system in order to set policies, processes and procedures to be used by the Team in an efficient manner
- Plan, organize and coordinate events, meetings, appointments and business travel
- Ad-hoc administration duties to support the team such as taking minutes, producing presentations, spread sheets, reports etc.
- Handle and coordinate office communication (telephone and general correspondence includes monitoring deadlines)
- Collaboration with third parties affiliated to the team
- Interface and liaise at all levels from across the Offshore business, external organizations and customers
- Quality check presentations, evaluations and reports
- Handling and control of orders/invoices/payments
- Manage office supplies inventory and order process
- Handle and organize preparations for new/leaving team members

**Your profile**
- Administration/business qualification would be an advantage
- A solid understanding of the requirements related to Senior Team support
- More than 2 years of experience of working in administration or as a team assistant
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, good numerical skills are a plus
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Excellent use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, understanding of SAP finance systems including processing of purchase orders, invoices and accruals would be an advantage
- Ideally experience in an energy business
