We are on the lookout for a **Director, Corporate Finance & Treasury (all genders)** to join the **Corporate Finance team **on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Short description of the team & position**:
As a MDAX-listed company with ~€10bn market cap, €3.8bn convertible bonds, €1.8bn term loans, €500m RCF, and ongoing M&A, DH requires a seasoned professional to focus on managing its financing strategy.

Currently, responsibility for DH’s financing strategy rests mainly with the VP, Corporate Finance & Treasury, with support from the CFO herself, the M&A team, and the Group Treasury team. In addition to managing the Group’s treasury operations, the VP, Corporate Finance & Treasury evaluates financing options, drives corporate finance executions, evaluates compliance with covenants, and manages relationships with RCF lenders and credit rating agencies. The new role (Director, Corporate Finance & Treasury) requires a second seasoned corporate finance professional able to perform these tasks. In addition, the professional would support the oversight of the Group’s treasury operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review monthly liquidity forecasts and M&A plans to understand funding needs
- Evaluate external financing options, including hedging (FX and interest rates)
- Execute capital raise processes (equity and debt)
- Negotiate commercial terms on loans, derivatives, and other financing instruments
- Manage relationships with credit rating agencies and RCF lending banks
- Track compliance with debt covenants (incurrence limits, compliance certificates)
- Steer balance sheet and cash flow metrics (e.g. debt maturity, coverage ratios)
- Support oversight of treasury operations (including intercompany funding and hedging)

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of transactional experience at a major financial institution or corporation.
- Extensive corporate finance knowledge, especially of leveraged loans.
- Deep understanding of managing lending and credit rating agency relationships.
