Marketing Intern

For our Marketing-team in our **Head Office**in **Munich**we are looking for a **Marketing Intern**with passion and drive. You are available for at least 6 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week). In this position you work closely with our Marketing team by supporting them in all actions within the Central and Eastern Europe Region. **Job responsibilities**: - Data extraction and analysis to monitor our Clienteling-KPIs - Weekly reporting for each boutique - Create and update presentations and proposals for different meetings and events - Assisting the Retail Marketing Manager in different missions: - Guaranteeing the company's image during retail events via proposal validation with the Central team - Conduct supplier research to support boutique initiatives - Support the development of treatments for our clients - Support in the planning and organization of in-store events, including preparation, implementation, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with the regional & the central team - Coordination of gift orders: Order tracking, delivery, targeting, usage guidelines, as well as benchmarking with competitors, creation of performance reports and collection of feedback **Profile**: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Very strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) - Ability to multitask and show flexibility due to changes in business demands - Fluent in English, German - French is a plus - University studies with a focus on Marketing, Clienteling, or another relevant field - First work experience (e.g. working student or internships) **Additional information**: The opportunity to join the LVMH Group (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy), the world leader in high-quality and luxury products.
