As VIE FES Engineer you will be an expert in the Faurecia Excellence System to provide expertise and improve all processes in the plant (HSE, Quality, EE, PC&L and Production system). Based on 11 lean manufacturing principles you will contribute to achieve operational business targets and get insights in all production processes in the plant.

The role:

- Provide, according to the needs, FES knowledge and skills to the plant team through training, coaching and education
- Participle to FES Principles in Programs from design stage (lean process design, MIFD, validation of Equipment design, cardboard workshop activities, Standardized Work ,OHP, process layout, packaging, etc..).
- Contribute to deploy FES culture at Supervisors & GAP Leader level
- Propose and promote best practices within the Plant (FES Network)

What we are looking for:

- Master degree in Business or Engineering
- Ability to train and coach within the plant
- Ability to master change
- Understand basic P&L and operational levers
- Fluent English language knowledge: written and spoken
- German Language Skills (Basic) is a plus
