Senior Director In-center Marketing

Your assignments:

- Drive In-center downstream marketing annual budgeting to ensure adequate resourcing of marketing plans to support regional sales forecasts and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with Product Management to optimize the commercialization strategy and execution of In-center products and services.
- Closely partner with Commercial Operations (sales) team to create insightful metrics and reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and maintain an annual In-center marketing plan (customer targeting, omni channel marketing plans and positioning, new product launch planning) aligned with the In-center strategy.
- Accountable for assisting In-center Vertical and Value Stream Leadership and Product Management in the development and execution of external and internal marketing initiatives.
- Set direction and manage external marketing communications/advertising/PR agencies on a project specific basis.
- Coach and mentor team of Regional Marketers to ensure they meet business unit and professional growth goals.
- Lead preparation for marketing and educational materials to support commercial efforts (white papers, web site, training programs - internal and external, product brochures, etc.).
- Create and develop strong partnerships with Commercial Operations (sales), CBS, Global Medical Office (GMO), Legal and Compliance teams.
- Lead the global marketing council to understand broad-based market needs, develop plans to address, identify and distribute best practices to improve global marketing efficiencies.
- Listen and understand market needs and bring those into In-Center strategy, value streams and product managers. Own the implementation of key In-center level strategies into downstream activities to achieve agreed upon KPIs.

Your profile:

- Degree in Marketing or another business-related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of global marketing/marketing communications experience
- Minimum 10 years of global medical device/pharma experience
- Minimum 10 years of global experience in driving sales through development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work with all levels of management to influence positive change
- Solid knowledge and understanding marketing campaign metrics
- Understand how to leverage and implement state-of-the-art digital marketing technologies
- Robust knowledge of using CRM platforms such as SFDC is a plus
- Fluent in English and very good in German (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time globally
