**About the position**

The Hailo Quality & Operations team is responsible for implementing standards such as ASPICE and IATF 16949 across the entire organization.

The team works both inside the Hailo organization (Hardware, System, and Software teams) and with customers, suppliers, and counterparts outside Hailo to achieve the best Quality of our products.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years experience in Automotive standards and procedures, relevant experience with IATF, ASPICE, PPAP, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience with creating audit questionaries and checklists.
- Experience with documentation editing and automotive requirements for document writing.
- Experience with cross-company work
- Highly organized, able to follow up on many tasks in parallel, interfacing with various technical stakeholders.
- Understating all development stages in the product life cycle
- Experience in HW environment
- Project management experience (profitably in the Automotive industry)

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement cross-company processes.
- Own Hardware and Software Automotive standards in the company.
- Define and perform training for all relevant groups to align with the requirements to achieve specification
- Work with management, create a Quality work plan, and set measurable quality goals.
- Create BI-quality dashboards.
- Project management of gaps closure (tasks owners, milestones, progress) for internal and external Audits
- To combine and gather all external information for the PPAP process.
