**Your role**:
Our purpose in the P&O department is to create an environment where a diverse crowd of innovative, talented, and passionate people can work together and be their very best. As Intern, you will join forces with our P&O team to constantly work towards this. You will not only support us in recruiting, but a diverse range of topics and projects which will allow you to gain insights into the whole organisation.
- You identify recruiting channels and talents according to our hiring priorities
- You support the conception and execution of employee development and employer branding activities
- You help with extending and improving P&O related processes across our organization
- You get the chance to also glance into other departments such as the creative or marketing
- You help with the organisation of events and support with administrative and team related tasks

**Your profile**:

- You are studying economics, psychology, communication or a related field
- You are fluent in German with strong skills in English
- You are familiar with the common office software and Google Suite
- Self-reliant, diligent, and result-oriented describe your working style
- You want to take on challenges, actively think for yourself and contribute with your own ideas
- Empathy and teamplay are crucial for you
- The topics of cooking and food motivate you
