**These are your tasks**:

- Disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 25 employees, plus technical responsibility for an additional 6 staff members
- Managing work packages with strategic service providers, including KPI monitoring
- Acting as an interface between other departments and customers regarding topics related to structural analysis and weight
- Ensuring target achievement in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality
- Personnel and team development, including recruiting, training, and career planning

**Who we are looking for**:

- Completed technical degree (e.g. Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering)
- Several years of leadership experience in a technically oriented environment
- In-depth knowledge of structural mechanics, FEM analysis, and weight simulation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with strategic thinking
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
