We are looking for a competent, self-motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our European team. Zifo is a successful, fast-paced, dynamic and Great Place To Work accredited organization where we encourage personal growth and development.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Working with hiring managers to identify people and skills needs

Building and updating recruitment processes to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose

Agreeing selection criteria

Carrying out pre-Interview Assessments

Planning and attending interview and assessment days

Ensuring our ATS is always up to date

Implementing SLAs to ensure we offer the best service to all stakeholders

Delivering a first class service to all applicants

Developing and maintaining our career website to ensure it remains relevant

Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practice

Requirements, Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

Familiar with social media advertising

Familiar with working with ATSs

Experience in full-cycle recruiting using relevant techniques and evaluation methods

The ability and experience to run campaigns to attract high quality applicants

Strong organisational skills

Comfortable with taking the lead and owning key tasks

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Excellent written English and communication skills are essential.

The ability to speak German or other European languages would be an advantage.
