Marketing Lead (m/w/d) Social Media

**Ihr Aufgabenprofil**
- Ausarbeitung einer übergreifenden Social Media Strategie für den europäischen Markt
- Planung und Umsetzung von Social Media Kampagnen für eine effiziente Zielgruppen-Ansprache, inkl. Content Creation
- Beratung von internen Key Stakeholdern bezüglich derer Positionierung auf Social Media Kanälen
- Entwicklung von Reporting Dashboards und Social Media KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines zweiköpfigen Teams
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg*innen aus den Bereich Employer Branding, Business Development, sowie dem Global Social Media Team

**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Kommunikation, Marketing o. Ä.
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Social Media Bereich mit B2B Fokus
- Erste Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung eines Teams
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowie eine kollaborative Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität und Umsetzungsstärke
- Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
- Fließende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
