**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Execution of repairs and maintenance inspections
- Commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of tools, as well as machines and equipment
- Setup of tools, production machines, and automated machines
- Reporting and rectifying process disruptions
- Creation, installation, and customization of replacement and new parts
- Optimization of processes
- Planning, monitoring, and executing projects, inspections, maintenance, and repair measures
- Conducting test series to improve product quality
- Participation in and support of LEAN projects
- Compliance with DIN, ISO, and GMP guidelines
- Ensuring cleanliness of the machine and surroundings

**Education**:

- Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic or Tool Mechanic
- Knowledge of various production processes, e.g., turning and milling
- Basic knowledge in pneumatics

**Work Experience**:

- Several years of professional experience in the industry

**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Teamwork ability and good communication skills
- High quality awareness and independent working style
- Good MS Office skills
- Good English skills desirable
- Willingness to work shifts in a multi-shift system
