**Team and Job Overview**
Over the past two years we’ve invested heavily in golf, more than doubling both our Golf Events and Brand Solution divisions. We currently operate four PGA TOUR tournaments and one Korn Ferry Tour tournament and engage more than 20 other golf events hosted in the United States, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

**Essential Job Duties**
- Create billing schedules based on executed contracts, ensure invoices are sent on a timely basis
- Review and approve invoices, expense reports, and credit card transactions upholding the policies and procedures established by SPORTFIVE
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- Ensure assigned company financial results are complete and accurate by established close deadlines
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations, resolve and investigate outstanding items
- Twice annually assist FP&A in the budget/forecast process
- Prepare deliverables as requested for annual audit and tax return preparation
- Assist in the implementation of any new accounting tools and process changes

**Qualifications and Traits**
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SAP Experience is a plus
- Seeks to learn continuously and be motivated by new assignments
- Strong managerial intelligence (time management, delegation, escalation)
