**What part will you play?**
- Your task will focus on transferring new disruptive portfolio, solution elements and ecosystems into the sales process for the Siemens sales force - making disruption sellable.
- Therefore you are leading an international team at multiple locations within Europe.
- As a part of an engaged group you shape Siemens and Digital Industries G2M approach with a broad network of stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing of Factory Automations strategy and concepts for our global Digital Experience Centers are also part of your task area.
- Your team defines and implements exhibitions at industrial and automation trade fairs as well as Thought Leadership Marketing in the area of Factory Automations.
- With your team you are responsible for the incubation of sales administration and support of Factory Automations future Software portfolio

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have several years of leadership experience and leverage more than extensive specialist experience in industrial automation, digitalization, and ecosystems in multiple functions.
- You have high technical understanding in state-of-the-art technologies as well as deep understanding of disruptive solutions like Artificial Intelligence, Edge and Cloud Computing and data driven business processes and models.
- You are able to provide a strong stakeholder management across regions, business units, hierarchies and customers.
- Strong strategic capabilities combined with the ability to cope with highly complex business questions are familiar to you.
- You have experience working with global and remote teams and are willing to work in an agile environment
- You are fluent in English and can capture complex topics fast and explain them in an engageable way. German is a plus.
