Combat Clothing Director

As our new Combat Clothing Director, you will be a vital part of our mission of protecting those who protect us by being responsible for our tactical clothing systems.

We believe that our new Combat Clothing Director is curious, constantly seeking to find new solutions, functions, and designs, and strives to be up to date in recent trends and possibilities within clothing and têxtiles. Since we work with customers who never compromise on quality, we must always have an eye for detail and a flexible mindset.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial design or product development, or other relevant fields of study
- A minimum of 10 years experience in product design and development, preferably in the outdoor industry, working with high-end products/brands
- Experience in commercial product development, marketing, and sales
- A creative and innovative mind with an eye for detail
- An understanding of production processes and materials used in clothing systems
- Experience in project management and processes
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills to inspire and lead your team
- **This role requires extensive international traveling.**
