**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du verantwortest die Produktvision für das Themengebiet Data Infrastructure und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit den Stakeholdern die Product-Roadmap
- Du steuerst ein Team von Cloud-, DevOps
- und Data Engineers, unterstützt deren effiziente Zusammenarbeit und schaffst Klarheit über Ziele und Prioritäten
- Du gestaltest das Anforderungsmanagement, übersetzt Meilensteine in Epics und Sprints und stehst für ein transparentes Backlog-Management
- Du planst und moderierst die Scrum-Events in deinem Team und legst Wert auf die Durchführung themen-fokussierter Meetings
- Du gewährleistest durch klare Kommunikation den Überblick über Fortschritte, Erfolge und Risiken auf deiner Product-Roadmap
- Du stimmst dich eng mit Management und Stakeholdern ab und förderst eine effiziente und nachhaltige Delivery-Kultur in deinem Team

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in vergleichbarer Rolle in einem agilen IT-Entwicklungsumfeld
- Du beherrschst Data
- und Outcome-Driven Product Management, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und kannst Prozesse bei Bedarf neu strukturieren
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Discovery-Mindset mit: Nutzerfokus, schnelles Lernen, Hypothesen validieren - iterativ und strukturiert
- Du kommunizierst adressatengerecht zwischen Management und Engineering-Teams, intensives Stakeholder-Management ist dir ein Anliegen
- Du bist befähigt, hochspezialisierte Experten auch ohne tiefes technisches Detailwissen anzuleiten, in ihrer Zusammenarbeit zu koordinieren und zu motivieren
- Du verfügst über Resilienz und Durchsetzungsstärke und bist souverän im Umgang mit Kollegen auf Senior
- bzw. Expertenlevel
