To strengthen our bar team, we are currently looking for a **Commis de Bar (M/F/d)** for our The Lounge and our Curtain Club.

**This is what your day will look like**:

- Warmly welcoming and saying goodbye to all guests
- Providing service-oriented support to guests in our The Lounge
- Taking all orders and providing excellent advice to guests
- Taking into account and implementing all guest requests and preferences
- Preparing and serving our aperitifs and cocktails
- Daily celebration of the unique Defining Moment and Afternoon Tea
- Interacting and communicating with guests and building long-term relationships through personal, individual, and first-class service
- Preparing the daily mise-en-place
- Ensuring smooth service
- Implementing all The Ritz-Carlton standards
- Compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP guidelines

**What we expect from you**:

- Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
- Relevant professional experience as a bartender or tea sommelier, ideally in upscale catering
- In-depth technical know-how in the preparation of aperitifs and tea
- Good German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
- Confident and professional demeanor and quick comprehension
- Very good hosting skills with a consistently positive attitude
- Enjoyment of daily guest contact and passion for the hotel industry
- Team player, multi-tasking ability, and hands-on mentality
- Enjoyment of creating special moments
