- Contacting vendors and product service providers to ensure inventory of office supplies and maintenance, if necessary
- Organizing permanently functioning routines for the smooth running of the office
- Optimization of existing work processes in the office
- Collaborate with various departments and ensuring smooth communication
- Planning and booking business trips for colleagues and processing the associated travel expense reports
- Monitoring credit card and cash / expenses
- Monitoring of the vehicle fleet
- On-site contact person for internal and external contacts
- Perform various administrative office tasks, including delivery orders, receiving and distributing mail, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms

- Organization and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proactivity and autonomy in team management and supervision
- Knowledge of commercial processes
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs such as MS Office and project management and teamwork software
