**THE TEAM**
You will join our people team, responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent to drive organizational success. They focus on creating a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and implementing talent acquisition and retention strategies.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
The job aims to shape and drive the company's organizational culture and talent strategy. The Haed will design and implement initiatives that foster employee engagement, development, and retention while aligning with the company's values and objectives.
Your tasks will include:
- Leading the people team
- Define the strategy and position people on relevant topics in the field of a tech company with a start-up spirit as part of a global corporation.
- Implementation & supervision of a KPI-driven people operations
- Take operational ownership of at least one bigger people field
- Work closely with the top management and finance team for the representation of all people-related topics
- Act as an interface between arculus and Jungheinrich.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies.
- Ability to connect overall HR topics
- Good knowledge of labour laws and human resources procedures.
- Fluent in English and German - written and spoken.
