Operations Internship

The global travel retail industry is a €70 Billion market expected to double by the end of this decade. Despite its size, it is an industry that has seen very little digitalization and innovation over the past two decades. This must be solved.

We are looking for a student or graduate who wants to do their **I**nternship** with us at Duffle in our **Operations** department. You will
ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction with DUFFLE services. This is a unique opportunity to have your first career step in an environment where you will see the results of your work in delivering a great travel experience from the Berlin HQ to all the following airports.

**What you will do**:

- You will be supporting our Central Operations Team in multiple topics regarding ongoing day-to-day project work
- You will monitor KPIs and ensure further development of performance management, updating the information on time and ensuring the perfect data due diligence
- You will be witnessing and contributing directly to our future expansion plans
- You will be in charge of analizyng potential partnerships in order to grow Duffle´s product
- You will be in charge of building the first operational framework Wiki
- You will ensure **smooth operations** and **high customer satisfaction** with DUFFLE services
- You will work on various new projects and initiatives to improve end-to-end operational efficiency, proposing and developing 3 initiatives to improve overall CPO
- You will be in charge of the creation of SOP, Documentation, and process mapping while pursuing process automation and standardization across the organisation
- You will build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the OPS department

**About your profile**:

- You are a student currently doing (or completing) a Bachelor/Master's in the field of Data Management, Business development, marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, or equivalent
- You have **strong analytical skills** and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- You are meticulous, have logical thinking, and can crunch numbers
- You are a **natural problem solver** with strong attention to detail and ethics.
- You are proactive and able to anticipate issues and take action
- You have some experience with Project Management Skills: WBS; SCRUM; Kanban
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills with customer service oriented
- You speak English fluently. German is a plus
- You are based in Berlin
