**Graphic Designer (f/m/x)**:
***Your responsibilities**:
- Elevate and evolve the First A brand across our channels and in integrated campaigns.
- Independently conceptualise, challenge, and execute on a brief.
- Design visual content (2D, 3D, static, motion, etc.) that reflects our identity & sets us apart by outshining other content and increasing conversion.
- Manage and prioritise multiple tasks within timelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team both giving and receiving feedback in a constructive & critical manner.
- Have an eye not only for fresh & contemporary aesthetics but also for thoughtful design principles such as typography and layouts.
- Competent in testing methodologies and understand how to interpret research results to improve results.
- Help set, evolve and maintain our brand book and toolkits taking into account e-commerce best practices.
- Support the marketing plan, team and activities in daily tasks besides graphic design scope mostly digital marketing tasks-related.
**About YOU**
- 3-4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with an e-commerce and social media background.
- Typography knowledge.
- Multimedia content development.
- Outstanding knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Sketch, as well as familiarity with Slack and Jira. Skills in illustration, art direction or basic motion design are a plus.
- Comfortable in making recommendations and implementing decisions quickly.
- Organisation, flexibility and the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
- Creativity and innovation driven with a strong aesthetic sense for contemporary design, image composition and new trends.
- Attention to detail.
- Speak English fluently (German or any other language is a plus but not required)
