**About Motor**:
MOTOR Ai is a start-up from Berlin that is working on the future of autonomous driving. We are bringing the first ISO-compliant Level 4 autonomous cars certified in Germany to the roads. Since our founding in 2017, our goal has been to further develop our technology. We solve complex driving situations and adhere to autonomous driving certification standards. Our unique technology stack is a blend of various Artificial Intelligence techniques and conventional approaches.

**Your responsibilities include but aren’t limited to**:

- Understanding our image and video annotation processes and becoming proficient in using our software tools to create accurate and high-quality annotations
- Taking ownership of your work and consistently delivering results of the highest quality
- Collaborating closely with our perception team to identify areas for improvement in our annotation software and processes, and contributing to their development
- Communicating effectively with and the teams to understand their specific data annotation needs and ensuring that their requirements are met

- Demonstrating a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
- You are a good communicator
- You are reliable, dependable, and punctual
