brandneo ist die Kreativagentur für Lovebrands, die zwischen Metaverse und Faxgerät den kreativen Partner für digitale Generationen sucht (und braucht). Wir entwickeln Lovebrands, Markenstrategien, immersive Digitalerlebnisse, TV und Twitch-Kampagnen und begleiten Marketingabteilungen kreativ im Daily Hustle der Social Media Feeds, Influencer-Briefings und klassischen Marketing-Maßnahmen.

Als Founders der Agentur Boomer (Memes, Agenturbranche) und des rftp.clubs (Web3) engagieren wir uns in der Internet Culture und sind zudem Mitglieder: innen im Gesamtverband der führenden Kommunikationsagenturen (GWA) und Unterzeichner: innen des Ad Girls Club Manifests

Aufgaben

**Als Digital Lead arbeitest du eng im Team mit UX-Expert**: innen, Entwickler: innen, PMs und Marketing-Expert: innen zusammen. Möglich sind die Standorte Hamburg und Dortmund, wobei der Kern des Teams aktuell in Dortmund arbeitet.

Bei uns arbeitest du an verschiedenen kundenseitigen Digital-Projekten, eigenen Digitalprodukten und Pitches.

**Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören**:

- Konzeption von digitalen Strategien und Roadmaps für Digitalprojekte (vielseitige Projekte: Marketing-Produkte / Webseiten, SaaS, Platform, Web3)
- Strategische und inhatlliche Weiterentwicklung von eigenen Digitalprodukten (wie unsere Plattform boomerjobs)
- (Key-)Accounting und Kundenführung - sowie Beratung, übergeordnete Kalkulation, übergeordnetes Projektmanagement
- Qualitätssicherung und Reviews

Qualifikation

Du hast verstanden, dass Design, Entwicklung und User Experience zu einer starken Customer Journey führen. Du hast einen hohen UX-Anspruch, bist bereit genauso für FMCG, digitale Diensleister und komplexe B2B-Unternehmen (i like to boomer, boomer) zu arbeiten und anspruchsvolle Aufgaben mit Kreativität und Strategie zu begegnen.

Als Digital Lead bringst du ein Studium in UX / Entwicklung oder einen ähnlichen Abschluss mit. Du hast min. 5 Jahre Agenturerfahrungen.
