**Aufgaben**: - Welcome to MBUX- You are a user experience expert and you love to create intuitive and appealing user interfaces? - You are interested in all kinds of user interfaces, new technologies and everything the "digital life" has to offer? - You have a passion for the automotive mobility of the future and are looking forward to working with us to shape the digital transformation? Then join our team and create the future generations of the MBUX user interface. We develop MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) from the development headquarters in Sindelfingen together with our hubs in Silicon Valley, Berlin and Beijing. Our focus is on the graphical user interface for all in-vehicle screens. We develop a holistic user experience on all seats both for the driver and the passengers. The automotive world is in the middle of its biggest transformation. Electric mobility, autonomous driving, multimodal interactions and other upcoming trends will keep changing the way we interact with the car. As a member of the team, you will work with exceptional user interface concept developers and UI/UX designers to create the best user interface for all Mercedes-Benz Cars - **Your tasks in detail: - Creation of UX Concepts for all in-vehicle screens - Definition of interaction flows and screen layouts - Consultation and collaboration with relevant stakeholders (function responsibles, design, model responsibles,...) - Close collaboration with the UI documentation team, text creation and implementation responsibles - Evaluation of UX concepts by prototyping and customer studies **Qualifikationen**: **Professional Qualification: - Completed studies in interface design, usability engineering or similar. - Several years of experience in creation of UI/UX concepts or interface design (preferrably for automotive or comparable field) - Experience in using tools like Sketch, Figma, Flinto, Protopie, Adobe CC,... - Experience in working in an agile environment - Experience with methods like design thinking, design sprints - Deep experience in the user-centered design process - Solid knowledge of front-end development and scalable embedded software architectures is appreciated **Personal skills**: - Team and conflict capability - Strategic and innovative thinking - High analytical and conceptual abilities - Strong target orientation with a high degree of initiative and motivation - High affinity for all kinds of graphical user interfaces and understanding of multi-modality - Enthusiasm for the automotive mobility of the future - Willingness and ideally first experience in intercultural cooperation - Willingness to travel, with occasional worldwide assignments - International experience / intercultural experience desirable - Fluent in English; German is a plus **Additional information**: It is a permanent position. - It doesn’t work completely without formalities.
