**Responsibilities**:
- Further development of the operational excellence culture (Lean Systems, Lean Administration and Six Sigma) at site Kaiserslautern- Identification, elaboration and economic evaluation of Operational Excellence potentials in close cooperation with the site management and the different departments- Implementation of KAIZEN workshops and improvement initiatives using the relevant Operational Excellence methods- Participation in the design of operational processes and process changes- Supporting of the different functions regarding the processing of KPIs (in particular production KPIs)- Follow-up of activities, reporting and participation in Operational Excellence Assessments- Close coordination with Global Manufacturing regarding the further development of Operational Excellence at the site
Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor's degree with a focus on industrial engineering, production technology or comparable training in the technical field with relevant professional experience- At least 5 years of professional experience in the production environment, ideally with a focus on CIP / lean production- Initial experience in the introduction and implementation of lean manufacturing tools (implementation of Kaizen workshops, e.g. 5S, Value Stream Analysis/Design, Standard Work, SMED)- Experience in handling systems for statistical evaluation, presentation, further processing of quality and production key figures- Experience in project management and moderation techniques- Distinct analytical and conceptual way of thinking and working- Strong team and cooperation spirit- Ability to convince (leadership without supervisor function)- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
