**In Frankfurt we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time, permanent position as**Product Owner “Observability as Data” (all genders) at BNP Paribas Territory Functions**

BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) is engaged with a broad client base ranging from Large Multinational and Mid-sized Corporates, institutional investors as well as financial services providers (Institutionals). The division is, among others, a leading provider of investment banking, dept capital markets and sustainable financing services.

The Product Owner “Observability as Data” will have the mission to lead an innovative and challenging project about observability coverage (completing our current implementations around Dynatrace and Elasticsearch) and putting all observability data in perspective. The goal is to help get the maximum value and possible correlation of this data to enrich our observability insights for alerting, proactive monitoring, and mixing it with AI to offer state of the art AIOPS implementation and ease usages with GenAI solutions.

**Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you**

Evaluating and selecting tools to get full functional coverage

Designing, defining, implementing, and integrating solutions

Coordinating with existing service clients to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and consider various user personas

Delivering a best-in-class AIOPS solution

**Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer**

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related field

Very good knowledge on Database/OLAP/NoSQL systems (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB) usages and Knowledge on frontend development (Javascript based frameworks like React, Angular or Vue)

Expertise on backend REST API development (at least Python, and eventually Java or Go Languages)

At least basic knowledge and high interest on AI/LLM implementations (MCP and Agentic AI)

Agile working ease with common tools (Git, Gitlab, Jira, Jenkins, CI/CD tools) and practices (Scrum/Kanban) and animation

Knowledge of deployment and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad, Ansible, etc.)

Good analytical skills and creativity, ability to build pragmatic solutions

Strong bi-directional communication skills in English, German and/or French is a plus
