**Responsibilities**:

- You constantly evaluate the success, quality and sustainability of training courses
- You develop and implement new training concepts, including blended learning strategies and the development of fitting learning materials
- You cooperate closely with other trainers to ensure training offerings are consistent and efficient
- As a valued contact partner, you closely cooperate with the EMEA Product Management

Your qualification
- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of educational sciences, psychology, business administration or natural sciences, alternatively you have several years of professional experience as a trainer
- Ideally, you have initial experience in sales, or training experience in medical technology, health care or in a comparable field
- You have an affinity and enthusiasm for medical technology and service
- You have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English, additional language skills are an advantage
- Your strengths include excellent organizational and presentation skills as well as a solution-oriented mind set
- You enjoy working in an international team
- You are willing to travel (approx. 20 %)
