- We are looking for a janitor with immediate start for our location in Laatzen.

Your role in our team

Complete building maintenance, cleanliness and care of outdoor facilities incl. winter service

Replacement of defective racking parts

Obtaining quotations for repairs to the building (in cooperation with FM) and operating equipment as well as controlling and monitoring the repairs and maintenance work

Repairs and minor maintenance, running errands.
- You will work as a security officer. In addition, you are responsible for the EMA and BMA standby and you transfer our trucks (7.49 t) and cars for inspection.**Profile**:

- # Background: You have completed training as a mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology, painter, bricklayer, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician or a similar qualification. You also have a valid driver's qualification according to BKrFQG (former identification number 95 on the driver's license).

Experience: You have already gained professional experience as a janitor and as a security officer and possess manual skills. You are familiar with the current MS Office programs.

Driver's license: You have a class C1 driver's license and a valid driver's card.

Work style: You work accurately and quickly.

Personality: You are flexible, reliable and responsible.

Shift readiness: The building services department works in a 2-shift system in weekly rotation. 06:00 - 14:30 and 09:30 - 18:00.
