**Job Title**:DevOps Engineer (Telecash Night Processing Support)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**CI/CD Pipeline Maintenance**:

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate and optimize the deployment process.
- Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline issues to ensure smooth integration and delivery.

**On-Call Troubleshooting**:

- Quickly respond to and resolve incidents, minimizing downtime and impact on services.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

**CR Deployments**:

- Coordinate and execute the deployment of Change Requests (CRs) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review CRs for completeness and ensure necessary approvals are obtained.
- Validate deployed changes and ensure they meet business and technical requirements.

**Maintenance and Optimization**:

- Regularly maintain and update existing infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with development, operations, and business teams.
- Availability for on-call support and flexibility to work night shifts as required.
