**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Juristische Unterstützung des globalen Business Development Teams in allen Fragen des Vertragswesens, des Handelsrechts und des Rechts des geistigen Eigentums: Dies umfasst den Entwurf, die Prüfung und die Verhandlung aller Arten von Handelsverträgen, insbesondere von Master Services-, Kooperations-, Lizenz-, Materialtransfer-, Beratungs
- und Vertraulichkeitsverträgen sowie anderer Arten von Life Sciences-Verträgen
- Sie übernehmen die Vorbereitung und Überprüfung von Vertragsmustern, Standardvorlagen und Genehmigungsverfahren Vorbereitung und Überprüfung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen, Richtlinien, Vertragsvorlagen und leisten einen Beitrag zu Initiativen zur Prozessverbesserung im Rechtsteam
- Sie bieten die Bereitstellung von Rechtsberatung und Unterstützung für interdisziplinäre und strategische Projekte

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie sind voll ausgebildeter Jurist (m/w/d) mit mindestens 5 Jahren relevanter Erfahrung aus eine praktischen Tätigkeit in den genannten Aufgaben
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in einem international tätigen Unternehmen und/oder in einer international tätigen Anwaltskanzlei in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Sie zeichnen sich durch einen klaren und offenen Kommunikationsstil zur effektiven Interaktion über funktionale, geografische und kulturelle Grenzen innerhalb des Unternehmens und nach außen aus
- Sie besitzen ein solides Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sie zeichnen sich durch die Fähigkeit aus, mit komplexen Aufgaben unter Druck umzugehen und Fristen einzuhalten, dabei gut organisiert zu sein, Prioritäten zu setzen und mehrere Aufgaben zu bewältigen sowie qualitativ hochwertige Arbeit zu leisten
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

**Gehaltsinformationen**:

- Je nach Qualifikation und relevanter Berufserfahrung liegt das Bruttojahreszielgehalt zwischen 85.000 € und 105.000 €.
